  1. Required for graduates of other yoga teacher training programs, as preparation for the Program 100 Hour Abhaya Teaching Skills, and your300 Hour Abhaya Yoga Teacher Diploma.
  2. Optional for graduates of Abhaya Yoga 200 Hour Teacher in Training Program.

In More Detail:

  1. If you are a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Graduate, from a school other than NYSY Academy and Abhaya, this program will serve as a bridge onto our Teaching Skills program. It will help you acquire a strong understanding of the principles of alignment in each asana and strengthen your practice, so you can excel and blossom through the next stage. We will review the empowering philosophies of Buddhism, Tantra, and the Abhaya Six Steps for Fearless Practice and Life. Get ready for a powerful shift in your life and yoga practice.
  2. If you are an Abhaya 200 hour Teacher in Training graduate, this program will help you to understand the principles deeper and apply them in a stronger way during your asana practice. Be ready to align in a stronger way and elevate body, mind, and heart into a new level of power and awareness. Thus we build the “Adamantine Body and Heart” which is the promise of Hatha Yoga.

Learn and Review the Six Abhaya Steps:

- Align: Body-Mind-Heart

- Body Principles of Alignment: Incorporating them in each asana to achieve a correct, fully-dynamic, and therapeutic transition into each new posture

- Heart Intention: What is our driving desire in a particular path

- Asana dynamic practice and review. Covers each category.

- Yes to life and meditation: Connecting with the source of power through stillness

- Action: Strong Alignment to Fearless Action
